WHO WE ARE

Fitzke BBQ is a family company located in Gering, Nebraska. Jesse and Danielle Fitzke began this adventure in 2017. However, it really all began with Jesse's mother, Peggy Fitzke, when she perfected the recipe years ago. Anyone who knows Peggy, knows about her amazing cooking and baking skills. It became Jesse's passion to continue on with the barbecue sauce. Always being asked to bring it over to friend's houses and events, it became apparent we needed to share it with more and more people. Aren't you lucky!
